Abstract
The article “The role of energy saving in social life” reveals the importance of energy saving for society. It shows the impact of saving on social processes at the family, education, neighborhood and state levels, the formation of a sense of responsibility and the role of ensuring social equality. The author offers solutions through education, technological innovations, subsidies and collective projects. As a result, it is noted that utility bills will decrease, environmental awareness will increase and economic resources will be saved. In conclusion, it is emphasized that energy saving is the basis of a sustainable society.
