Abstract

This article discusses the development of a mobile application that provides audio textbooks for blind and partially sighted people. The role of mobile technologies in the development of inclusive education, text-to-speech (TTS) technologies, integration with screen readers, and creating a user-friendly interface are analyzed. The article provides detailed information about the application architecture, technologies used, and expected results. The proposed solution is designed to ensure equal access to education for blind students and support independent learning.
