Abstract
This article analyzes the socio-philosophical significance of national handicraft traditions in ensuring employment for unorganized youth. It examines the role of handicrafts in enhancing youth social activity, integrating them into society, and forming positive life strategies. It also explores the development of labor culture and social responsibility among young people based on the “master–apprentice” tradition and provides practical recommendations.
