Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive framework for railway track diagnostics based on the analysis of vibration signals. The principal objective of the study is to acquire detailed, data-driven insights into the actual technical condition of railway infrastructure through a passive experimental approach. This is achieved by utilizing mobile diagnostic platforms and advanced measurement techniques designed to assess the structural state of the track without interrupting regular rail operations. The research outlines the full spectrum of diagnostic procedures carried out in accordance with established railway regulations and emphasizes the advantages and operational capabilities of mobile diagnostics within railway transport systems.
