Abstract
This article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of developing communicative competencies in the system of vocational education. In the context of the modern labor market, it is essential for specialists not only to possess professional knowledge and skills, but also to communicate effectively, work collaboratively in teams, solve problems collectively, and express their ideas clearly. Therefore, the formation of communicative competencies in vocational education has become one of the primary objectives of the educational process. The article analyzes the essence and structure of communicative competence as well as its role in students’ professional activities. Furthermore, it highlights the effectiveness of interactive methods, information and communication technologies, and practical training in developing communicative competencies. The article also discusses the communicative culture of teachers and their role in the educational process.
