Judicial System, Reforms and Results in Uzbekistan

Abstract

This article analyzes the reforms implemented in the judicial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan in recent years, their essence and significance, as well as the results achieved. In particular, it covers important areas such as ensuring the independence of the judiciary, improving the system of selection and appointment of judges, increasing openness and transparency, as well as the introduction of digital technologies. The importance of reforms in increasing citizens' confidence in justice and strengthening the principles of the rule of law is also examined.
