Abstract

This thesis examines the pivotal role of human resource (HR) management in fostering integration between educational institutions and enterprises within the framework of the dual education model. Dual education, which combines theoretical learning in academic settings with practical training in real workplace environments, serves as a strategic mechanism for aligning workforce development with industry needs. HR professionals act as key facilitators in this integration by designing competency-based curricula, coordinating partnerships, managing talent pipelines, and ensuring seamless transitions for learners into productive employment. Drawing on theoretical foundations and practical implementations, particularly in the context of Uzbekistan’s evolving education system, the study highlights how effective HR strategies enhance skill acquisition, reduce youth unemployment, boost enterprise productivity, and contribute to national economic competitiveness. The analysis underscores the necessity of strategic HR interventions, including mentorship programs, performance evaluation systems, and stakeholder collaboration, to maximize the benefits of dual education. Recommendations are provided for policymakers, educational leaders, and corporate HR departments to strengthen this integrative approach.
