Abstract

The scientific basis of in vitro propagation of this dye plant Indigofera (Indigofera tinctoria L.) and ways to ensure genetic stability are highlighted. In addition, the stages of microclonal propagation, the ratio of hormones applied to the nutrient medium, callus induction and regeneration processes are considered in detail. This approach also expands the possibilities of application in industry, agriculture and scientific research.
