Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the destructive nature of mass manipulation — that is, the hidden and targeted influence on the consciousness of large groups of people in the interests of the manipulator. The main features of mass manipulation, its differences from individual influence, as well as factors that increase destructiveness are examined. The author identifies levels of destructiveness: personal, group, social, and cultural-spiritual.
