Abstract
This article analyzes modern models of resource management in enterprise economics. It highlights the importance of efficient resource utilization, optimization processes, and management mechanisms based on digital technologies. In addition, the role of innovative approaches, logistics systems, ERP, and other management models in enterprise performance is discussed. The study develops practical recommendations and modern methods aimed at improving the efficiency of resource management.
