Abstract

This article discusses the didactic, psychological and methodological foundations of the use of educational games in mathematics lessons in primary grades. The impact of game technologies on increasing student activity, interest in learning and the quality of knowledge is analyzed. It is argued that the use of games in the lesson is an important pedagogical tool that increases the effectiveness of education. Information on research conducted on this topic is presented.
