Abstract

This article examines the impact of investments in technical equipment and digital technologies on the quality and effectiveness of education. A theoretical and methodological analysis is conducted regarding infrastructure modernization, implementation of information and communication technologies, and development of teachers’ digital competencies. The study explores how technological investments influence learning outcomes, student motivation, and knowledge retention. Criteria for evaluating investment efficiency and addressing existing challenges are also proposed. The findings indicate that systematic and targeted investments in technology ensure sustainable improvement in educational quality.
