Abstract
This article analyzes the impact of leadership styles on employee motivation and the role of motivational factors in effective management processes. The study examines how transformational, transactional, and democratic leadership styles influence employee performance, commitment, and intrinsic motivation in modern organizations. In addition, the theoretical aspects of motivation are explained based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and Herzberg’s two-factor theory. A survey and analytical methods were used as the research methodology. The findings indicate that effective leadership significantly increases employees’ job satisfaction, initiative, and organizational commitment. In particular, transformational leadership was identified as having the strongest motivational impact. The results of the study are important for improving human resource management systems, increasing labor productivity, and creating a positive work environment in organizations.
