Abstract
This article develops a methodological framework for assessing and improving outsourcing service efficiency. It proposes a staged use of regression, panel-data, time-series, frontier-efficiency, and multicriteria models, accounting for costs, service quality, contractual risks, and client satisfaction. The proposed framework is conceptual and requires validation using observed enterprise-level data.
