Abstract
This article examines the seasonal occurrence patterns of waterbirds in the Todakol Reservoir and the ecological factors that influence them. Based on scientific literature, it analyzes how waterbirds use water bodies during spring and autumn migrations, wintering, and breeding seasons. It also examines the effects of water levels, temperature, food resources, and riparian vegetation on the seasonal distribution of birds. The importance of the Todakol Reservoir as a seasonal stopover site for waterbirds and the need for regular ornithological observations in the area are substantiated. Based on an analysis of existing scientific sources, conclusions are presented on studying the seasonal dynamics of waterbird occurrence and protecting their habitats.
