Abstract
This thesis examines the key factors, existing opportunities, and pressing challenges involved in developing inclusive education in Uzbekistan. Inclusive education enables children with special educational needs to receive quality education alongside their peers, adapt to society, and realize their full potential. The development of this educational approach requires improving the legislative framework, adapting the infrastructure of educational institutions, enhancing teachers’ professional competencies, developing specialized educational resources, and strengthening cooperation with parents. Furthermore, promoting tolerance in society, utilizing digital technologies, and regularly monitoring educational quality are considered important factors in improving the effectiveness of inclusive education. In conclusion, the successful development of inclusive education requires effective cooperation among the government, educational institutions, families, and the wider community.
