Abstract

This paper proposes an integrated workflow linking energy audits, BIM and prefabricated facade installation. In an illustrative scenario for 1,200 m² of opaque walls, installation takes 36 rather than 48 shifts, while accounted labour decreases by 15.23%. These are scenario calculations requiring field validation, not measured construction outcomes.
