Abstract
This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of educational management, the characteristics of its formation and development, and its role in the management of modern educational institutions. It examines classical management principles—specifically the management concept proposed by Henri Fayol—as well as contemporary scientific perspectives on educational management.
