Abstract

This conference paper examines the theoretical and practical aspects of management decision-making in higher education institutions, the factors influencing management effectiveness, and the potential for using modern digital management tools. Recent development trends in Uzbekistan’s higher education system are analyzed using statistical data. The analysis demonstrates that the growing numbers of students and higher education institutions reinforce the need for data-driven management decision-making.
