Abstract
This abstract explores the potential of developing the social activity of students with disabilities through adaptive sports tools in inclusive education settings. The objective of the study is to identify the pedagogical conditions that foster peer collaboration, teamwork, and individual initiative during physical activities. Based on an analysis of relevant scientific literature, the paper examines tailoring physical exercises to students’ abilities, utilizing accessible equipment, modifying game rules as needed, and assigning meaningful roles to each participant within the team.
In this context, adaptive sports tools encompass not only modified athletic equipment, but also activity organization methods, customized rules, and support mechanisms. It is argued that their effectiveness should be evaluated not merely by attendance or physical participation, but by the student's active communication with peers, involvement in decision-making, and contribution to shared outcomes. Furthermore, the role of the educator in distributing tasks fairly, cultivating mutual respect among peers, and acknowledging individual progress is highlighted. The abstract is grounded in literature review; it does not present novel experimental data regarding the impact of adaptive sports tools on social activity.
