Abstract

This thesis examines the impact of psychoemotional state on quality of life in patients with malignant tumors of the reproductive system receiving chemotherapy. An oncological diagnosis, the duration of treatment, side effects of chemotherapy, anxiety regarding disease prognosis, and changes in physical condition can significantly affect patients’ psychological well-being and daily activities. The study analyzes the relationship between anxiety, depressive symptoms, emotional distress, psychological adjustment, and quality-of-life indicators. It also evaluates the impact of psychoemotional state on patients’ physical activity, social relationships, adaptation to treatment, and overall life satisfaction. The findings are of practical importance for the early identification of the need for psychological and psychiatric support among patients with malignant tumors of the reproductive system, improving the effectiveness of comprehensive treatment, and enhancing quality of life.
