Abstract

Modern medical education requires competency-based approaches that develop clinical reasoning, practical skills, professional responsibility, and readiness for supervised clinical practice. Entrustable Professional Activities (EPA) provide a structured framework for assessing whether students can safely perform specific clinical activities at different levels of supervision. Combining EPA with simulation-based learning may facilitate the transition from theoretical knowledge to clinical practice.
