Abstract
This article analyzes the causes of labor migration and its impact on the lives of young people. The study examines the factors that influence young people's departure for work abroad and its positive and negative aspects. It also shows the changes in the professional skills, worldview and lifestyle of migrant youth. In addition, special attention is paid to the problems that young people who return from labor migration face during their reintegration into society. The research provides information on the impact of labor migration on the future of youth and the development of society, and general conclusions and practical recommendations are made.
