Abstract
this article is devoted to the analysis of the textbook of literature of the 6th grade of schools with the Russian language of instruction, a detailed analysis of theoretical and literary concepts and the structure of the textbook's educational material is made, the ways of presenting literary terms are indicated, their importance in the development of educational material is noted.
