Abstract

This article provides a detailed scientific analysis of the importance, pedagogical conditions, and effectiveness of applying creative methods in the process of forming geometric imagination among future teachers. Geometric imagination refers to students’ ability to accurately understand spatial shapes and their interrelationships and to apply this understanding practically. Therefore, the deep and effective formation of knowledge and skills in this area among future teachers is one of the primary goals of the educational process. Within the scope of the research, approaches to developing creativity, pedagogical technologies, and theoretical foundations of methods were studied and tested through practical methods. Additionally, empirical data were collected to assess the effectiveness of creative methods in mastering geometric concepts. The experimental study showed that using interactive learning activities, visual modeling, project-based learning, and game methods significantly strengthened the geometric imagination of future teachers. The results demonstrate that creative approaches play a crucial role in developing teachers’ geometric thinking, increasing students’ interest in the subject matter, and enhancing the efficiency of the learning process. Furthermore, these methods are important for promoting innovative activities in pedagogical practice and improving teachers’ professional competencies.
