Abstract
This article analyzes the pedagogical opportunities of integrating industry and education in the training of oil and gas specialists from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The importance of cooperation between educational institutions and industrial enterprises in developing the professional competencies of future specialists is highlighted. In addition, the role of the dual education model, practice-oriented teaching technologies, and education integrated into the industrial environment in improving students’ professional preparedness, independent working skills, and competitiveness in the labor market is substantiated. The research findings demonstrate the necessity of improving the integration of education and industry to enhance the quality of training qualified personnel in the oil and gas sector.
