Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of developing students' professional competencies through the use of innovative pedagogical technologies in vocational educational institutions. The effectiveness of using interactive methods, information and communication technologies, project-based learning and digital learning tools in the educational process is highlighted. Also, the increase in students' independent thinking, practical skills, professional readiness and educational motivation as a result of the use of innovative pedagogical technologies is scientifically and pedagogically justified. The results of the study show the importance of innovative approaches in improving the quality of education in the vocational education system and training competitive specialists.
