COMPETENCE AND CREATIVITY OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN MODERN PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

This article examines the issues of professional competence and creativity of primary school teachers in the context of modern pedagogical education. It analyzes the key competencies required for effective professional practice, the skills necessary for implementing innovative pedagogical technologies, and the significance of a creative approach in organizing the educational process. Special attention is given to the role of teachers’ creative thinking, their ability to find flexible solutions to challenging situations, and their contribution to developing students’ independent and critical thinking skills. The findings of the study help identify important factors in preparing competitive and innovative-thinking educators who meet the demands of contemporary education.
