Abstract
This article scientifically analyzes the pedagogical problems of developing logical thinking competencies in the process of students’ professional training. The study reveals the essence of logical thinking based on a competency-based approach, its role in professional activity, and its importance in the modern higher education system. The article also highlights problems related to the dominance of traditional teaching methods, insufficient use of interactive technologies, and methodological training of teachers. Based on the analysis of international and national experience, effective pedagogical conditions for developing logical thinking competencies are identified.
