Abstract
This thesis analyzes the efficiency of providing social services through digital platforms to persons with disabilities, youth, and low-income families, using the Khorezm region as a case study. The research examines the practical outcomes of services offered through the "Single National Social Protection" information system and the my.gov.uz portal, highlighting the advantages of proactive and composite service models. Additionally, infrastructure limitations and digital divide issues in the region are discussed, and scientific-practical recommendations are developed to further improve the system.
