Abstract

This large-scale study analyzes the agro-industrial potential of the Syrdarya region, technological differences between traditional and modern methods of drying apricots, and the place of the product in the international logistics chain. The article covers the issues of product cost formation, economic efficiency of energy-efficient drying equipment, and expansion of export geography based on statistical data.
