Abstract

The thesis analyzes the issues related to all spheres of social life, especially the considerations put forward by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his Address to the Oliy Majlis and the People of Uzbekistan on December 26, 2025, regarding spiritual upliftment as an important basis for building a New Uzbekistan. Also, the ideas about the role of education and upbringing in the implementation of spiritual issues and the great importance of the heritage of scholars are illustrated with examples.
