Abstract

The article analyzes the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan regulating financial and budgetary control. It examines the provisions of the Budget Code defining control bodies, their powers, inspection procedures, and liability for budget violations. The study concludes that an effective system of state financial control has been formed.
