Abstract
This thesis discusses advanced approaches aimed at improving the effectiveness of treatment and monitoring of patients with arterial hypertension (AH), including diagnostic algorithms, modern treatment protocols, and preventive measures. It also highlights the optimization of the management process through the use of digital technologies and multidisciplinary approaches.
