Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive scientific analysis of improving the human resource management system in modern schools through the use of digital assessment platforms. It substantiates that the sustainable growth of education quality is directly linked to teachers’ professional competence, effective mechanisms for monitoring their performance, and the validity of managerial decision-making. The limitations of traditional attestation and control systems are revealed, while the objectivity, transparency, and analytical capabilities of digital assessment tools are highlighted. The article extensively examines the role of digital assessment platforms in HR analytics, data-driven management, the formation of individual professional development trajectories, and the enhancement of a motivating environment for teachers. In addition, organizational, methodological, and technological challenges arising during the implementation process, as well as scientifically grounded mechanisms for overcoming them, are discussed. The research findings confirm that digital assessment systems are an important tool for transforming school management.
