Abstract
The development of professional competence in vocational education is essential for preparing skilled specialists capable of meeting industry standards and labor market requirements. Among the various components of vocational training, industrial practice plays a pivotal role in equipping future tailors with the technical, cognitive, and practical skills necessary for professional success. This paper examines the significance of industrial practice in shaping the professional competence of aspiring tailors. Drawing on contemporary research, pedagogical frameworks, and practical case studies, it highlights the objectives, methods, and outcomes of industrial training. The study underscores the importance of integrating industrial experience into vocational curricula to ensure that learners not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also develop hands-on expertise, problem-solving abilities, and adaptive professional behavior.
