Abstract
This article analyzes modern pedagogical and information technologies aimed at developing auditory-speech skills of visually impaired children in an inclusive education environment. Audio reading programs, braille-based multimedia tools, AI-assisted speech therapy systems, and methods for developing speech through music and rhythmic exercises designed for students with visual impairments are examined. The research results are aimed at evaluating the impact and effectiveness of technological approaches in inclusive education.
