COOPERATIVE MEASURES OF THE PREVENTION INSPECTOR WITH SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES IN PREVENTING OFFENSES

Abstract

This article examines the role of the prevention inspector and the importance of cooperation with self-governing bodies in preventing offenses. Special attention is paid to the legal framework, organizational forms, and practical mechanisms of interaction with local community institutions and public organizations. The article substantiates that effective cooperation contributes to the early detection of offenses, resolution of social problems, and strengthening of legality within society. Existing challenges, their causes, and recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of joint preventive measures are also analyzed. The research findings are intended to enhance the overall system of crime prevention.
