Abstract

The characteristics of clinical presentation and radiodiagnosis of the disease are given, and treatment techniques are presented. The clinical observation of the successful treatment of newly diagnosed fibro-cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis caused by mycobacteria of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis and the results of control of the effectiveness of treatment with modern high-tech radiation methods are presented. The technique enables to close completely the cavities in 70% of patients. The advantages of the method are described.
