Abstract
This article analyzes the optimization and modernization of the educational process in military institutions and the effective organization of teaching and training activities. Key systemic and methodological challenges to improving education quality are identified, along with recommendations for their resolution and prospective development strategies. The findings support the preparation of military personnel who are professionally competent, independently thinking, and competitive.
