Abstract
This thesis analyzes the legal status, powers and place of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the institute of the bar from a scientific, theoretical and practical point of view. The study substantiates the legal nature of the Chamber of Advocates as a non-governmental, independent and professional self-governing body, its relations with state bodies and mechanisms for ensuring its institutional independence.
