Abstract
This article examines the theoretical foundations of livestock mapping methods by analyzing the influence of natural and socio-economic factors, the spatial distribution of livestock sectors, and their developmental characteristics. It also discusses the scientific and methodological aspects of applying conventional cartographic techniques, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and remote sensing data for the cartographic representation and spatial analysis of livestock production systems.
