Abstract
This article analyzes the artistic and figurative features of expressing the concept of “sin” in Uzbek literature. The linguocultural and semantic nature of the concept of sin, as well as its representation in literary texts through metaphors, symbols, and allusions, are examined. The study provides a comparative analysis of the system of images found in the works of representatives of both classical and contemporary literature.
