Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of leadership and management potential in the context of globalization, the requirements for modern leaders, and effective management strategies. It also analyzes the legal aspects of using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in management systems, problems in determining responsibility for decisions made by AI, and practice in national and international law. It describes modern approaches to legal regulation of management with the participation of AI and prospects for further development.
