The study examines how transformational, transactional, and democratic leadership styles influence product innovation, marketing strategies, quality management, and employee performance. It also highlights the importance of effective human resource utilization, motivation systems, and internal organizational communication in improving competitiveness. Analytical, comparative, and empirical observation methods were used in the research. The findings indicate that effective leadership plays a crucial role in improving product quality, increasing production efficiency, and achieving sustainable competitive advantage in the market. In particular, innovation-oriented transformational leadership was found to produce the highest performance outcomes.
