Abstract

This article analyzes the current challenges of constitutional protection of personal data in the process of digitalization. Based on the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the study examines legal mechanisms for ensuring personal data security, major threats in the digital environment, international experience, and directions for improving national legislation. The research places particular emphasis on the issue of maintaining a balance between constitutional rights and technological development. It highlights the importance of strengthening legal safeguards to protect privacy and personal information in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
