Abstract

This article analyzes modern methods of processing agricultural products, in particular, technologies for maintaining quality indicators in drying apricots and optimizing the logistics chain for delivering finished products to international markets. The study proposes quality management systems that reduce product costs and meet international phytosanitary requirements.
