Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the process of the formation of the theory of language, meaning, and signs in Stoic philosophy, as well as to determine the place of the concept of logos within this system. The research is based on the analysis of ancient philosophical sources, the written heritage of the Stoic school, and contemporary scholarly literature.
