Abstract

This study is dedicated to the issues of developing students’ independent learning skills through the use of digital educational resources in the teaching of computer science. The research provides a theoretical analysis of the concept of digital educational resources, their role in the educational process, as well as the types and capabilities of digital resources used in computer science lessons. Furthermore, the study examines methods for organizing students’ independent learning activities based on digital resources, as well as the effectiveness of their use and the expected pedagogical outcomes. The findings demonstrate the significance of digital educational resources in individualizing the learning process, enhancing students’ cognitive activity, and fostering critical and creative thinking. The results are practically valuable for improving modern pedagogical approaches in teaching computer science and for developing students’ competencies in independent learning.
